BATHWARE TRENDS FOR 2023

If you are new to bathroom design and renovating or building, this is the blog post for you!

Bathware products have become more and more trendy over the last couple of years, with more options available and at better prices - we have never been so spoilt for choice!

There is an abundance of trends circulating at the moment, so in this blog post we are going to explore just some of my bathware trend predictions for 2023….

FLUTED DESIGNS

Textured vanities have never been so popular with new cabinet profiles being released by most vanity suppliers, each with their own take on the look.

At the top of the list is Architectural Designer Products and their vanity, the ‘Waverly’. A gorgeous fluted profile wrapped around curved corners has been a major trend setter! If you are looking to create a show stopping design then look no further.
Available in 5 colours, this vanity can compliment a wide range of aesthetics, from a soft coastal look, to minimal in white or a striking contrast in dark Bottega oak.

BRUSHED NICKEL TAPWARE

Brushed nickel tapware has made its entry into the market, and in my opinion will be overtaking matte black tapware very soon!

With more designs incorporating coloured tapware as a design statement or to not follow the crowed - brushed nickel has been a subtle winner with clients. Its brushed finish is a more practical texture with the benefits of hiding more when not clean, or even from some manufacturers not showing any fingerprints.

This colour is unique as it lends itself to both warm or cool tones, all while providing a soft and elegant aesthetic.

FEATURE MIRRORS

Many modern takes on mirror shapes are fast becoming best sellers in the bathroom industry.

Pill and Arch shaped mirrors are becoming an ever-present go to look in bathroom designs, with more budget-friendly ranges being released. These styles are available in mirror cabinets or with LED lighting, providing both storage practicalities or Luxury features.

If you are renovating or building, why not skip the rectangle mirror and try out a new trendy shape.

CONCRETE BASINS

Concrete basins have become much more widely available in Australia, particularly due to brands such as Nood co. Between a range of brands there is huge variety in colours, shapes and textures available on the market.

Why concrete? Concrete basins have a unique charm about them. From pastel to saturated colours or the smooth texture of the concrete; they assist in adding overall character and personality to a design.
Nood co basins for example, are eco friendly and sustainable which can be a huge selling point for buyers.
